For the first time, this really looks big to me. I guess I should actually calculate the square footage of the old space and new and compare the 2. Although we live in the burbs, city living has followed us with this tall and narrow house. I don't think it is any taller than the other 2 story homes, but the size of the lot is about half of the others which makes it seem REALLY big.
