I think the construction comes just in time. Our front steps are "popping" everytime a slight amount of weight is on them. The ceiling fan in the kitchen rocks-n-rolls when switched on, and the sight of termite damage makes me wonder how the house didn't fall down twenty years ago! We also noticed there were 2 back doors and a window in the tiny kitchen way back when... It's really scary & amazing at what you see when the skin is stripped away!
